Why does the SOL withdrawal fee depend on the network?
Exchanges set a separate flat fee for each blockchain they let you withdraw on, because each network has its own transaction costs. The same exchange can charge very different amounts for the same coin on two networks. Where a figure was read from the exchange's API, the table shows the network it applies to (Solana).
Is the withdrawal fee a percentage of the amount?
No. Every figure in this table is a flat amount in SOL, charged once per withdrawal regardless of size, so it weighs most on small withdrawals.
